LexSync provides a SaaS platform "as is". We strive to guarantee a 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability due to force majeure.

2. Responsabilidades del Usuario | User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and intellectual property of the documents you upload. LexSync does not provide legal advice, only the technological infrastructure.

3. Terminación | Termination

Any violation of these terms will result in account suspension or termination. Data may be exported within 30 days of cancellation.
